Research

We seek opportunities to partner with policy firms and institutions of higher learning to create compelling reports detailing various aspects of the vibrancy and importance of Maryland's cities and towns.

Training

We develop coursework to help local leaders better serve their constituencies, from nuts-and-bolts aspects of running a government to how to better understand the varying thoughts of their residents.

Local Assistance

We are here to help Marylanders through targeted assistance when others fail to step up to the plate.
